Pin & Tumbler ships orders from a US warehouse.
If an item is temporarily out of stock at our US warehouse, it may ship from an overseas warehouse instead, which can extend delivery time.
Handling time
Orders have a handling time of up to 7 days before shipment.
Shipping time
Shipping usually takes 2-10 days after shipment.
Handling and transit are separate: allow up to 7 days before shipment, followed by an estimated 2–10 days in transit.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has begun processing.
