Production steps:

• 1. Apply a layer of release agent or engine oil to the mold for demoulding.

• 2. Put in the proportioned concrete

• 3. Put the oiled mold on the vibrating platform, smooth it after vibrating for 10 seconds, and reduce the air bubbles in the concrete

• 4. Place it in a flat place for maintenance (solidify for 1-2 days in summer and 2-3 days in winter, cover it with a layer of plastic cloth to prevent cracking in the wind), and prohibit exposure to the sun.
  

Demoulding:

• 1. It is recommended that it is most suitable to demould after 9 am outdoors. You can gently hit the edge with a rubber hammer and repeat it several times to complete (or use a demoulding frame to demould)

• 2. Put the finished product in a cool place for maintenance, sprinkle water 3-8 times.
