1. Product Introduction

This cordless soldering station is powered by a For Bosch 18V lithium battery, no power cord needed.

It features precise temperature control, fast heating, and is widely used for electronics repair, DIY projects, outdoor maintenance, and small welding work.

Battery is NOT included.

2. Safety Warnings

- The soldering tip can reach over 300°C during use. Do not touch to avoid burns.

- Only use Festool 18V lithium batteries. Do not use other incompatible batteries.

- Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid inhaling solder smoke.

3. Installation

1. Battery Installation

Align the For Bosch 18V battery with the host slot, push and lock it firmly into place.

2. Soldering Tip Installation

Insert the soldering tip into the front of the handle and tighten the fixing nut.

3. Power On

Turn the power switch to the ON position. The indicator light will turn on.

4. Operation Instructions

1. Temperature Adjustment

Turn the temperature control knob or press the buttons to set your desired temperature.

The digital display shows real-time temperature.

2. Preheating

Wait 1–3 minutes for the soldering tip to reach the set temperature.

3. Welding Operation

- Touch both the component pin and the pad with the soldering tip.

- Feed solder wire until it fully covers the pad.

- Remove the solder wire first, then the soldering tip.

4. Cleaning

Wipe the soldering tip with a cleaning sponge or brass coil during use.

Apply a small amount of solder after use to prevent oxidation.
