Q1: What should I do if the machine is noisy?
Step 1: First confirm whether the voltage of the product received is consistent with the local mains voltage. If they are inconsistent and cannot be solved by adjusting the screws, please contact customer service.
Step 2: Fine-tuning the power screw (operate only when the voltage matches)
Find the power adjustment screw on the side of the fuselage
Using the adjustment key included in the package, turn it no more than 1/4 turn counterclockwise.
Turn on the phone and listen to it. The noise will be significantly reduced. Over-rotation is prohibited.

Q2: What should I do if the machine is running but the hair cannot be cut?
Step 1: Check whether the voltage version matches: wrong voltage is the main reason for insufficient power.
Step 2: Power screw adjustment (operate only when the voltage matches)
Find the power adjustment screw on the side of the fuselage
Use the adjustment key to slowly turn it clockwise until you hear a slight "click" sound.
Then turn it counterclockwise a little bit until the clicking sound disappears. This is the maximum power state.
